Thorodin Mountain

I targeted Thorodin Mt because it's a high point in an area where I hadn't done much hiking.  I drove out through Nederland and then south to the Golden Gate Canyon road (Gap Road)and cut back east.

I paid the fee at the Panorama Point pay station and then parked just past there at the parking area for Tremont Mt.  This started out on the Mule Deer trail but I quickly cut off into the woods and headed straight for the summit.

There was little to no snow the entire way.  From the summit I followed some cairns down for a while but then they stopped and I ended up on an old road and then back off trail again.
