Mount Sniktau

We had picked up Daryn and Brian at the airport the night before when we dropped off Keith and Jeremy at their hotel.  Aaron arrived later that night.

The plan was to do a somewhat light acclimation hike at altitude to prepare for the week.  We drove to Loveland Pass at 12,000 feet to climb Mt. Sniktau at 13,234 feet.

The scenery was beautiful with lots of vistas as the entire hike was above treeline.  We also hiked over to a peak called Cupid to get a better look at Grizzley Peak and Grays and Torreys Peaks.
