On top of Flat Top Mt. in Virginia
Went south, through the Appalachians, to collect some state high points and drive the Blue Ridge Parkway. Saw Shenandoah NP, and Great Smokey Mts NP. We camped at Lake Chatuge in Hiawasee, GA. Drove and hiked up the state high points for Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Making friends on the way up to Mt. Rogers in Virginia.
